The rental includes: tables and chairs, outdoor and indoor bar access, event manager on-site, house cleaning, parking, indoor & outdoor spaces, setup time, DJ plug-and-play sound system, projector with drop-down screen, 10 complimentary uplights, ceremony arch, outdoor string lights, Wi-Fi, water & unsweet tea, and floor plan design.
Milagro Ranch can accommodate between 50 and 300 guests depending on the type of event and configuration. Smaller intimate gatherings (birthday parties, baby showers, etc.) typically work best under 100 guests. For weddings and quinceaΓ±eras, we can host up to 300 guests comfortably between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Depending on the package, rentals range from a 10-hour minimum up to 15 hours. This includes setup time, the reception, and breakdown. The latest permissible end time is 12:00 AM. Additional hours after midnight are available at $350 per hour. Note: setup time cannot be used to extend reception time.
Decor is not included in the base rental fee. However, we offer luxurious design and decor services β including full floristry and decor packages β at an additional cost. We also work with preferred vendors and can make recommendations based on your vision and budget.
Yes! Clients may bring their own alcohol. However, all alcohol must be served by licensed bartenders β this is required by law. We can assist in coordinating licensed bartenders to ensure compliance and a smooth, legal event experience.

Yes! We have two beautiful guest houses available for overnight stays β perfect for the wedding party, immediate family, or VIP guests. Lodging-only bookings are also welcome for weekend getaways. Hotels are also available approximately 15 minutes away.
