How many guests can we invite to a quinceañera at Milagro Ranch?
Milagro Ranch can comfortably accommodate between 50 and 300 guests for a quinceañera. For celebrations of 150 or fewer, the indoor hall is the primary space. For 150–300 guests, we use the full property — both indoor and outdoor spaces — to create a seamless experience for the entire group.
Do you have experience with traditional quinceañera elements?
Absolutely. We are deeply familiar with the traditional quinceañera format — the presentation of the court, the ceremonial waltz, the changing of shoes, the video montage (our projector and screen are perfect for this), the toast, and the grand finale. Our bilingual team ensures every cultural tradition is honored and executed beautifully.
Is the staff bilingual (English & Spanish)?
Yes — our team serves your entire family in both English and Spanish with equal warmth and professionalism. We understand that most quinceañera families include both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking relatives, and we make sure every guest feels equally welcomed and attended to throughout the event.
Can we bring our own DJ, caterer, and decorators?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own vendors for catering, DJ, photography, decorations, and floristry. We also have trusted in-house options available (catering by Naborly Provisions, décor packages, etc.) if you prefer. All alcohol must be served by licensed bartenders — we can help coordinate this. During your tour, we’ll walk you through all vendor options.
Can the immediate family stay overnight at Milagro Ranch?
Yes! We have two beautiful guest houses available for overnight stays — perfect for the quinceañera, her parents, grandparents, and VIP family. The overnight add-on lets the family extend the celebration, wake up together on the ranch the next morning, and live the memory just a little longer. Hotels are also available about 15 minutes away for larger groups.
