What types of private events do you host?

Birthdays (from first birthdays to milestone 50ths), baby and bridal showers, gender reveals, graduations, anniversaries and vow renewals, family reunions, holiday parties, rehearsal dinners, celebrations of life, and corporate events, retreats and team-building days. If you’re celebrating it, we’d love to host it.

How much does a private event at Milagro Ranch cost?

Pricing depends on the date, day of the week, number of hours and guest count — weekday events are our most affordable option. After your free tour, we’ll build a custom quote for your event. A $1,000 deposit secures your date and locks in 2026 pricing.

How many guests can Milagro Ranch accommodate?

We comfortably host everything from intimate gatherings to celebrations of up to 300 guests. Smaller events can use the indoor hall or the outdoor pavilion; larger events use the full property, indoor and outdoor, for a seamless experience.

Can we bring our own catering and alcohol?

Yes! Clients may bring their own alcohol, though it must be served by licensed bartenders (we can help coordinate them). We also have in-house catering available through Naborly Provisions, or you’re welcome to bring your preferred caterer. We’ll guide you through all vendor options during your tour.

Do you host corporate events and team retreats?

Yes! Company parties, client appreciation events, holiday parties, retreats and team-building days. We have a projector and drop-down screen, a sound system, Wi-Fi, lawn games and 27 acres for outdoor activities — and our two guest houses can host your team overnight.
